It is reported in the dawn news (internet edition) on 15.06.12 that  Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) Chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain rendered support to former Bahria Town chief, Malik Riaz, by saying that the corrupt fellow had done a lot of good  for poor which should be kept in mind while probing against him. Should a plunderer, cheater and corrupt not be probed properly because he shared a few pennies with poor?  Should charity be considered a license to kill and steal states wealth?

Logically, ethically and legally, Hussain’s stand is unacceptable. He supports corruption, because there are charges of corruption against him and his family members, for example Pervaiz Ellahi and Mohnis Ellahi.  Pakistanis are morally dead that’s why people like Hussain dare to make such statements without fearing consequences by the public.
