The current judicial activism will take us nowhere. Since the restoration of Ch. Iftikhar, judiciary have been attempting to interfere in the matters which do not fall in their jurisdiction. For example, how judiciary can accept the petition to get the assurance from the government that PM will not remove the Chief of Army Staff and the Chief of ISI? This petition is not maintainable. How judiciary is just concentrating on the cases of the leadership of Peoples Party, it appears as people belong to PPP are the only culprits in the country. I’m not the supporter of PPP but democracy. It appears, once again the judiciary has joined the military and finding means to derail the democracy in Pakistan.  Democracy is a process and does not provide immediate solutions.
